Mr. Dyer is the General Manager for Hill Partners Inc. Currently, his main responsibility is serving as the on-site General Manager for The Old Post Office Pavilion, a 100,000 square feet mixed-use retail center located in downtown Washington, D.C. between the White House and Nation’s Capitol. Mr. Dyer oversees all aspects of the property’s operations, marketing, accounting and leasing. Mr. Dyer is also part of a Hill Partners team working on the long-term strategic repositioning of this unique asset.

Mr. Dyer began working with Hill Partners in 1996, after being recruited from his position at the historic Old Post Office Pavilion where he was a Property Analyst for the previous management company. In 1997, Mr. Dyer was promoted to General Manager of the Old Post Office Pavilion. His responsibilities included the oversight of property accounting, on-site operations, monthly and annual reporting, and the ongoing leasing of the Old Post Office.

Prior to joining Hill Partners Inc., Mr. Dyer’s other positions included General Manager of Barefoot Landing, a 300,000 square feet waterfront village in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Before this he worked with The Rappaport Companies, serving in the role of Property Analyst.
