Ms. Burgess joined Hill Partners, Inc., in May 2006 as an Administrative Assistant. Her responsibilities are to assist the Executive Vice President with retail shopping center development, tenant coordination and property management. Ms. Burgess works on properties such as Biltmore Village, Daniel Island, The Promenade at Litchfield, The Town Center at Levis Commons and Clemmons Town Center, working with architects, governing agencies and general contractors from project conception to project completion.

Prior to her joining Hill Partners, Inc., Ms. Burgess worked at Colliers Pinkard where she assisted with tenant representation, project management and created marketing programs for acquisitions and dispositions of office and industrial property. She was also employed with American Financial Realty Trust, working in property management of offices for financial institutions. In addition, she worked with a construction management team at Trammell Crow Corporate Services.

Ms. Burgess graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with a concentration in marketing. She has been a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina for seven years.
