Now, with the addition of two more highly anticipated home furnishings retailers, Lovesac and Wesloft, Promenade at Coconut Creek is buzzing with excitement to start 2023, by offering one-stop shopping for all your home furnishings needs with a unique blend of furniture and home décor.

Promenade at Coconut Creek continues to emerge as one of the top shopping destinations in South Florida, with a diverse mix of tenants catering to a variety of shopping needs and wants and dining preferences. To add to the excitement, Promenade at Coconut Creek has further expanded its offerings to include Night Owl Cookies and Parfit Golf, bringing the total to over 26,000-SF of new stores and restaurants.

Wesloft opened its doors in January. The showroom encompasses 4,186-SF of a carefully curated selection of furniture, home accessories, and décor. Wesloft provides customers with a unique shopping experience and offers something for every style and taste; from classic pieces to modern designs.  The store has received a warm welcome from the community and is quickly becoming a favorite shopping destination.

Lovesac

Home décor and furnishings company, Lovesac, will be opening later this month. The Lovesac Company is a technology-driven business that designs, manufactures, and sells customizable, high-quality furniture derived through its proprietary Designed for Life® approach, which results in products built to last a lifetime and designed to evolve as their customers’ lives do. The 1,045-SF showroom will be located between Brighton Collectibles and European Wax Center.

Night Owl Cookies

Night Owl Cookies will be open daily until 2 a.m.! With its late-night deliveries, this cookie company is reinventing South Florida’s dessert culture. It all starts with a batter of butter, eggs, and vanilla, and Night Owl’s signature cookies are created. They include Sugar Daddy, S’mores, Dirty Diana, and Ave Maria, to mention a few. Served perfectly warm, Night Owl Cookies will satisfy anyone looking for a delicious treat. This 1,003-SF locale will open its doors in the summer of 2023 and will be located across from World of Beer and Bar Louie.

STALK & SPADE

This fast-casual vegan restaurant is scheduled to open later this year. Stalk & Spade is a 100% plant-based, dairy-free restaurant that offers great-tasting, healthy food. They offer a wide selection of iconic American fast-food options, including cheeseburgers, chick’n sandwiches, chick’n nuggets, fries, salads, wraps, and frozen treats, that are plant-based, without GMOs, artificial ingredients, or hormones – ever. All menu items are 100% vegan, and the “meats” are house made, using a proprietary recipe. This 1,800-SF fast-casual restaurant will next to World of Beer, along the Back Porch.

The Cheesecake Factory®

Known for its distinctive dining experience, extensive and creative menu, its reasonable prices – and of course Cheesecake! – The Cheesecake Factory® will open an 8,137 SF restaurant, plus outdoor seating, late this year at the Lyons Road entrance. The Cheesecake Factory® will be open seven days a week, for lunch and dinner and will also offer weekend brunch.

Furthermore, we are excited to announce that StretchLab and The Spot Barbershop® will open in March. StretchLab, is a one-on-one, boutique assisted stretching studio that identifies tightness and imbalances in your body and customizes a stretch session with a highly trained Flexologist that is just for you. Their 1,614-SF studio will be located next to YogaSix.

The Spot Barbershop® will offer classic grooming services in a modern setting; an experience that is truly a cut above. The ambiance and skilled barbers, with a dedication to their craft, make this more than just a haircut, it makes every visit a gentleman’s experience. The 1,491-SF barbershop is scheduled to open in March 2023 and will be located between STALK & SPADE and Burs Green Thumbs.

In addition to these announcements, Promenade at Coconut Creek is adding ParFit, a revolutionary indoor golf experience. It will feature Golfzon simulators, a putting green, and a stocked 19th hole. There will also be a retail store with golf equipment, apparel, and accessories. Parfit will offer food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, to enhance this experience. It is scheduled to open in the summer and will be located beside StretchLab and across from STALK & SPADE.
