Charlotte, NC – March 16, 2023 –Alyson Douglas O’Laughlin rejoins Hill Partners, Inc., a Charlotte-based commercial real estate developer, as a Vice President-Leasing having previously worked for the company as a Retail Leasing Associate and as Marketing Coordinator.

In her new position, Ms. O’Laughlin will handle new leases and renewals for Hill Partners’ expanding portfolio of open-air and mixed-use centers that currently includes Specialty Shops SouthPark and Sharon Square in Charlotte, NC; Promenade at Coconut Creek in Coconut Creek, FL; The Town Center at Levis Commons in Perrysburg, OH; and a new ground-up, mixed-use development called Morrison Yard in Charleston, SC.

Ms. O’Laughlin brings a wealth of retail leasing experience to the position, most recently serving as Sr. Leasing Representative at WS Development where she was responsible for leasing the Development Portfolio. Previous experience includes leasing and marketing roles at Waterstone Properties Group, Developers Diversified Realty (now SITE Centers), and Sperry Van Ness.

Ms. O’Laughlin, a native of Charlotte, is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is Chair for ICSC’s Next Generation Carolinas and Charlotte Chapters.
