Charlotte, NC – April 21, 2014 – Hill Partners and an institutional partner have successfully completed the acquisition of Specialty Shops on the Park in the SouthPark submarket of Charlotte, North Carolina. Specialty Shops on the Park is an iconic open-air shopping center that was originally built in 1979. This urban infill center is located in the heart of SouthPark’s office concentration, is strategically located across from SouthPark Mall and is surrounded by some of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Charlotte, including Myers Park, Barclay Downs, Quail Hollow and Foxcroft.
