THE TOWN CENTER AT LEVIS COMMONS WELCOMES NEW TENANTS

Perrysburg, OH – January 31, 2022 – Hill Partners, Inc. is excited to announce three new deals signed at The Town Center at Levis Commons. The three deals combined will occupy more than 8,000 square feet of space.

The Town Center at Levis Commons has welcomed many new-to-market businesses over the years, and now Soma Intimates will make its northwest Ohio debut at The Town Center this summer. Soma’s brand new, 2,184 square foot store will be located on Levis Commons Blvd, between Clean Juice and White House Black Market. • LT Corporation, which is the holding company of several operating companies in the LP gas storage solutions and custom pressure vessels business, will open an 1,870 square foot office by mid-March of this year.
